You'll lead a team of KYB analysts ensuring compliance with global regulations for the world's largest crypto exchange. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor KYB analysts to ensure SLA adherence.
• Allocate workload and monitor team performance metrics.
• Act as escalation point for complex KYB cases.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding reviews and due diligence.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of KYB/corporate onboarding experience in offshore jurisdictions.
• 1-2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Knowledge of multiple client entity types (e.g., Funds, Trusts).

✨ Nice to Have

• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification.
• Knowledge of virtual currency regulations.
• Experience with AML/CFT training programs.
