You'll design and build large-scale machine learning models for Coupang's advertising platform, improving ad targeting and relevance. Your work will directly impact revenue by developing automated bidding and ad quality systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design features and build large-scale ML models for ad targeting and ranking.
• Develop automated bidding and query expansion algorithms.

• Lead projects across teams and mentor junior developers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry software engineering experience in machine learning or related fields.
• Deep knowledge in deep learning and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
