You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5M–$10M+ portfolio in a rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion and retention. This role goes beyond relationship managementβ€”you'll operate with the pipeline discipline of a quota-carrying seller.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3-4x coverage)
  • Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
  • Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contracts

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)
