You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mβ$10M+ portfolio in a rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion and retention. This role goes beyond relationship managementβyou'll operate with the pipeline discipline of a quota-carrying seller.
π― What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3-4x coverage)
- Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
- Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contracts
π Requirements
- 4β8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
