💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to regional and school leadership, driving organizational effectiveness and cultivating an inclusive culture. You'll independently make values-aligned HR decisions that strengthen leadership capacity and mitigate risk across schools and regions. This role is deeply embedded in regional priorities while staying aligned with national HR strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate organizational strategy into actionable people plans for engagement and retention.
• Lead and coach leaders through organizational change, conflict, and performance management.
• Collaborate weekly with recruiting team to review hiring progress and provide insights.
• Design and deliver development sessions for school and regional leaders.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness and discretion.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR leadership in multi-site organization.
• Proven ability to make autonomous strategic HR decisions in complex environments.
• Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
• Deep commitment to Rocketship's mission and values.

• Advanced degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
