🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the QA evolution to a Commercial Excellence function
• Manage 3 executives and 1 data analyst
• Integrate AI (Interaction Analytics, LLM) for insight generation
• Translate data insights into coaching and L&D interventions

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with Speech Analytics or LLM functionality
• Significant experience managing small to medium teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical background with complex data sets
• Deep understanding of Contact Centre environments and performance levers
