Description

You will lead technical accounting work under US GAAP, provide guidance on complex transactions, develop accounting policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations and SEC reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA licensure
• 2+ years experience with US-based insurance companies
• 2+ years practical financial reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting under US GAAP and statutory reporting
• Provide technical accounting expertise for new transactions and business arrangements
• Create and maintain accounting policies
• Oversee new accounting pronouncements and work with external auditors
• Review financial disclosures in SEC and statutory filings
