You'll lead high-impact AI customer programs for Snowflake's Cortex AI team, owning the full lifecycle of complex engagements. You'll mentor a small team while remaining hands-on, designing and shipping ML pipelines and agentic solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Snowflake's AI platform and work directly with strategic enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI programs
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to 2-4 engineers
• Design and implement ML pipelines and agentic AI solutions
• Serve as strategic technical advisor to customer leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience leading technical projects or teams
• Proven experience building applications with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on MLOps experience in cloud environments
• Familiarity with data science libraries (pandas, numpy, Snowpark)
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
