• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Guide customers on solar and battery savings
• Coordinate maintenance and update customers
• Improve internal knowledge base

📋 Requirements

• 1 year customer service experience
• Experience with Google Workplace or MS Office
• Availability 8am-6pm weekdays rotating roster
• Ability to commute to Byron Bay HQ
