Description

As Employment Counsel at Applied Intuition, you'll provide global legal advice on employment matters, from headcount planning to complex separations, and help scale policies for a fast-growing company powering physical AI. You'll work closely with the People Team and business leaders to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of focused employment law experience
• Deep familiarity with US federal and California labor laws
• Ability to deliver tough news with empathy and influence stakeholders
• Proven track record of providing risk-adjusted solutions to personnel challenges

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time legal counsel on the full employee lifecycle
• Draft and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, and policies globally
• Lead or advise on internal investigations with discretion and fairness
• Monitor evolving global labor laws and translate into scalable workflows
• Develop and deliver training sessions on compliance topics
