๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own mechanical design of propulsion hardware including thrusters, manifolds, and tanks
  • Perform structural and vibration analyses for launch and on-orbit loads
  • Generate and maintain CAD models, drawings, and GD&T for flight hardware
  • Plan and execute propulsion hardware testing including vacuum and vibration

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience delivering mechanical or fluid system hardware
  • Strong foundation in fluid mechanics including compressible gas flow
  • Experience designing pressurized fluid systems
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (NX preferred)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with electric propulsion systems (Hall thrusters, ion thrusters)
  • Familiarity with spacecraft propellant feed systems and xenon
  • Prior flight hardware experience
