Description

You will perform mission analysis, flight safety analysis, and support recovery operations for Electron and Neutron launch vehicles. You'll develop flight analysis methods, tools, and simulations, process large datasets, and contribute to launch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
• Strong programming in Python and C++
• 2+ years experience in engineering analysis, numerical modeling, simulation, or statistics
• Solid understanding of launch vehicle flight dynamics, orbital mechanics, and GNC
• Familiarity with configuration management, version control, and technical writing (LaTeX a plus)

Responsibilities

• Develop flight analysis methods, tools, and simulations for trajectory, debris modeling, re-entry, and risk
• Build and maintain in-house tools using Python and C++
• Process and analyze large data sets with statistical models and parallel computing
• Support launch operations including safety integration, testing, and on-console support
• Prepare documentation: flight safety data packages, licensing documents, and procedures
