🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead high-touch success plans for top accounts
  • Design strategies to monitor health and drive adoption
  • Partner with CSMs to build reusable program templates
  • Collaborate with SE and Support on scaled programs

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years in a CS or Account Management role
  • Experience coaching customers on complex software products
  • Experience at early or growth-stage startups
