🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead high-touch success plans for top accounts
- Design strategies to monitor health and drive adoption
- Partner with CSMs to build reusable program templates
- Collaborate with SE and Support on scaled programs
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years in a CS or Account Management role
- Experience coaching customers on complex software products
- Experience at early or growth-stage startups
