Description

You will assist in preparing and serving quality food to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years food service experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have good attendance
• Must be able to work with nursing department

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set-up menu items according to standards
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous, timely manner
• Scrape dirty trays and load/unload dish machine
• Maintain kitchen facilities in sanitary condition
• Communicate and cooperate with dietary and other departments
