Description

You will lead the accounting function, manage a team, and drive financial reporting and internal controls in a medical device company. You will ensure accurate monthly closes, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and treasury operations.

Requirements

• Extensive public company experience in a controllership role
• Medical device industry experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting fluency
• Ability to partner with executive team and external auditors
• Experience with cost accounting and contract manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team of seven, providing full accounting support
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements per US GAAP
• Manage cost accounting and drive margin improvement
• Own revenue recognition, including sales tracking and rebates
• Drive efficient monthly closes and internal controls
