Description

You will own the growing event footprint at a high-growth autonomous vehicle company, partnering with marketing, executive leadership, and external partners to produce events with excellence. You'll run executive events, investor events, customer events, and sales meetings, overseeing strategy, logistics, vendor management, and day-of execution.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in events or related field
• Familiarity with industry conferences, media events, partner summits, executive dinners, investor days
• Comfort working with executive stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience building and managing customer communications processes, ideally in Salesforce
• Strong project management, communication, and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic event execution across verticals (Defense, Automotive, Industrial, Trucking)
• Run executive events, investor events, press activations, customer events, and sales meetings
• Lead programming, run of show, itinerary development, speaker coordination, and day-of execution
• Manage vendors from onboarding through project completion and final invoice
• Oversee logistics including venue, AV, food & beverage, travel itineraries, and executive dinners
