Description

As a Localization Testing Coordinator, you will organize and oversee the localization testing process for our iGaming platforms. You will coordinate testers, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-quality localization throughout the user journey, working closely with internal teams to identify issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as Localization Lead/Coordinator, CS Lead, or L1 Support Lead in iGaming or Betting
• Ukrainian or Russian speaker with professional English proficiency
• Ability to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and errors under pressure
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple testing processes and meet deadlines
• Proven skill in distributing tasks effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of localization testers as main point of contact
• Prioritize and assign testing tasks based on business needs and workload
• Verify and validate test results for localization quality across user journey
• Mentor, coach, and train testers to improve quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (affiliate, CRM, tech, country managers)
