Requirements
- 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Sales
- Experience managing high-volume or scaled book of business preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use data to drive customer outcomes
Responsibilities
- Manage 300-350 accounts with ~$2.5M ARR, driving renewals and retention
- Execute scaled engagement strategy with automated and targeted interactions
- Deliver data-driven insights including health scores and adoption metrics
- Lead customer initiatives like back-to-school readiness and business reviews
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
