You'll join a small, highly motivated team at xAI to build robust data pipelines and evaluation frameworks for large-scale reinforcement learning. You'll create and maintain agent environments, automation tools, and observability systems that accelerate research-to-production cycles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain frameworks for agent, data, and model evaluation tasks
• Build environments for AI agents
• Improve alerts, metrics, and error handling on large scale RL jobs
• Refactor existing frameworks for better modularity

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining frameworks used by many engineers
• Experience building high-performance sandboxes, virtual machines, or simulations
• Experience building full-stack apps for automating workflows and data visualization
• Experience in rapid iteration from research to production

• Experience with test automation and CI/CD
• Background in RL infrastructure or large-scale training
