You'll lead the Hosto Agent product roadmap in a fast-moving AI startup, shaping how short-term rental hosts manage properties through intelligent automation. You'll define autonomy frameworks and conversational AI experiences that build trust and drive retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences for hosts
• Define autonomy frameworks (Autopilot, Co-pilot, Radar modes)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative
• LLM-powered features in production environments
• Experience with product growth metrics and activation funnels

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic UX principles
• Daily use of AI productivity tools like Cursor, Claude Code
• Quantitative mindset with SQL analysis skills
