Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on product development. You'll oversee hiring, onboarding, and career growth for your team, while also driving agile, agentic workflows to deliver outcomes faster.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication and organizational skills with people-first approach
