💼 About This Role

You'll plan, synchronize, and assess World Class Opposing Force (WCOPFOR) integrated fires during Warfighter Exercises using the JLCCTC/WARSIM federation. Your work creates a realistic near-peer threat to test mission command and protection. Join a Veteran-Owned Business solving complex operational challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop OPFOR fires concepts and effects synchronization across echelons.
• Build and maintain OPFOR fires OOB, target lists, and fire plans.
• Drive and quality-control fires events in WARSIM/JLCCTC.
• Produce inputs to WCOPFOR FRAGOs, SITREPs, and After Action Reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 5+ years in Fires/Targeting or joint fires planning.
• Hands-on experience with constructive simulations like JLCCTC/WARSIM.
• Strong knowledge of fires doctrine and operations (planning, targeting, ISR integration).

✨ Nice to Have

• WFX/MCTP, NTC/JRTC OPFOR, or OC/T experience.
• Prior service as a Fires WfF planner or targeting officer.
• Familiarity with JEMM (MSEL), CPCE, and data management for AARs.
