💼 About This Role

You'll research and adopt modern cloud technologies to evolve on-premise platform services for a multi-tenanted platform that enables developers to deploy cloud-native applications efficiently. You'll join the Runtime Platform team to deliver secure, scalable services while maintaining strong security and compliance. This role offers the chance to work on bespoke workflow enhancements using both third-party and custom solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build self-service platform services like Message Queue and Observability.
• Automate lifecycle operations using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows.
• Implement observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, or Elastic Observability.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce security controls and compliance requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong programming or scripting experience in HCL, YAML, Javascript, Python, or Bash.
• Good understanding of Linux systems, containers, networking, and distributed systems.
• At least 1-3 years hands-on experience operating cloud services in production.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes security concepts like RBAC and admission controllers.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Gitlab Runner.
• Exposure to reliability engineering practices including SLOs and error budgets.
