💼 About This Role

You'll build and improve AI-powered product experiences for a healthcare platform that automates benefit verification and prior authorization. You'll work directly with engineers to ship high-impact changes, using AI-native tools like Claude Code. This role is for a smart generalist on their second or third PM job who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn customer pain points into product opportunities through stakeholder conversations.
• Write lightweight product requirements and ship features with engineers.
• Prototype product changes directly using AI coding tools like Claude Code.
• Improve AI workflow quality via evaluation, testing, and feedback loops.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience
• Experience shipping real product and working closely with engineers
• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI-powered products or LLM workflows
• Comfort with SQL, data analysis, or API concepts
• Experience at an early-stage startup
