Description
You will lead direct sales to large employers with workforces of 10,000 to 35,000 employees, shaping strategic account relationships and go-to-market strategy. You'll manage the full sales cycle, exceeding targets while collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or consultative environments
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Ability to manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers
- Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred
Responsibilities
- Craft personalized pitches and engage prospects through discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings
- Execute scalable sales strategy including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to build pipeline
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, exceeding targets
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools to optimize performance
