💼 About This Role
You'll join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment. You'll represent and demonstrate the value of Deel's platform to prospects and customers, building relationships to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This role is critical for acquiring new business and contributing to Deel's growth in the Benelux region.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Represent and demonstrate Deel's value to prospects and customers.
- Build relationships to create cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Research and qualify client requirements to find new solutions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and update CRM system.
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an AE with SMB at a tech company.
- Must have experience selling SaaS technologies.
- Native or fully proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
- Geographically based in EMEA.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience managing B2B clients in Benelux.
- Familiarity with HR Tech and FinTech ecosystems.
