You'll lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Your core impact will be driving project performance while coordinating with clients, design teams, and field crews.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop project estimates, budgets, and change order pricing
• Manage subcontractor selection and procurement processes
• Monitor financial performance and track project progress

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years experience with a commercial general contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting government or public-sector projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification
