You'll lead and evolve Roku's technology SOX compliance program, partnering with Engineering, Security, and Finance teams. You'll modernize IT SOX through AI-powered automation and drive controls-by-design for system implementations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technology SOX compliance program and evaluate IT controls
• Oversee audit of system implementations and cloud infrastructure
• Drive AI-powered automation of internal controls testing
• Assess control deficiencies and drive remediation efforts

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years technology audit and IT SOX compliance experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ITGCs, ITACs, and cloud audits (AWS/GCP)
• Experience auditing enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certifications: CISA, CISSP, or CISM
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP) highly desirable
• Big 4 public accounting experience
