You will work with advanced language models, challenging them on topics like algebra, calculus, and proofs, documenting failure modes to improve reasoning. On a typical day, you'll converse with the model, verify accuracy, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in mathematics or closely related quantitative field
• Fluency in Italian
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Experience with mathematical modeling preferred
• Teaching or research experience in pure or applied mathematics

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models with theoretical mathematics questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning
