π― What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across products and services via calls, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot domains, web hosting, DNS, email servers, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Test products to identify bugs and collaborate with internal teams on improvements.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of DNS, web hosting, and email protocols (IMAP, POP, SMTP).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and basic server concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts simply.
