You'll work directly with the CEO to drive US market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution. You'll build hiring plans, support fundraising, and establish A1's US presence. This is a role for a high-agency operator who thrives on unstructured problems.

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and moves
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
