💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under a supervising BCBA. You'll implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers. Paid training and mentorship provided.

• Implement personalized ABA treatment plans with clients
• Use positive strategies for communication and daily living skills
• Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification strongly preferred
• ABA or childcare experience welcome
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working weekdays
