🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams for hardware design and manufacturing.
• Monitor earned value, resources, and integrated master schedules.
• Guide subcontracting, supply chain, and material planning.
• Manage engineering lab infrastructure to reduce cycle time.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing production teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking.

• Coursework in electrical systems or aerospace engineering.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Familiarity with satellite or aerospace hardware production.
