💼 About This Role

You'll own post-sales value realization for enterprise customers of Ema's agentic AI platform, ensuring measurable outcomes from production AI systems. You'll operate across the value-realization lifecycle, managing change, adoption, and escalations. This role is the first escalation point when delivery is under pressure and drives continuous improvement through usage intelligence and product feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and track success metrics, ROI targets, and usage KPIs
• Lead QBRs, exec readouts, and customer newsletters
• Analyze AI behavior failures and separate system vs process gaps
• Design change-management rollout plans with customer leadership

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise customer success or transformation roles
• Proven experience delivering measurable ROI post-implementation
• Track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts
• Experience with production AI systems at scale
