You will craft expertly made cocktails, provide thoughtful beverage recommendations, and deliver elevated bar service in a refined, community-focused private club. Your role is essential to creating warm, personalized guest experiences and maintaining a seamless, efficient bar operation.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable, polished, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven.
• Passionate about mixology and service in a fast-paced fine dining setting.
• Able to operate cocktail shakers, coffee machine, blender, point of sales system, etc.
• Familiarity with licensing laws, food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Punctual, professional appearance, and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all bar service for each shift; ensure the bar is properly stocked with plates, silverware, napkins, etc.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace in accordance with health department standards.
• Possess thorough menu knowledge and assist in cocktail development and innovation.
• Greet and interact with guests professionally to ensure full satisfaction; build rapport and loyalty.
• Perform opening/closing duties, stock control, and cashiering according to company policies.
