You'll support both People Operations and recruiting activities in a fast-moving, globally distributed People function. Your core impact will be ensuring hiring processes run smoothly and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated. This role offers exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding, and internal People initiatives across time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update ATS systems and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain People data and documentation for accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
