Description

You will be responsible for our entire partner portfolio in the DACH region, connecting external partners with internal teams to ensure medical knowledge is available where it's needed in daily practice. You'll develop and steer the overarching partner strategy across all product lines and analyze partner performance to drive growth and visibility for AMBOSS.

Requirements

• At least 5 years professional experience in partnership management, key account management or business development
• Completed degree in business administration or medical studies with relevant experience
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and fluent English
• Strategic thinking with ability to prioritize while handling contractual and operational details
• Experience with CRM systems and confident use of Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the overarching partner strategy for the DACH region across all product lines
• Manage key accounts as the central contact for the entire partner portfolio
• Identify, acquire and develop strategic partnerships to expand reach
• Work closely with product teams on software cooperations and with marketing/editorial on joint initiatives
• Analyze partner performance, measure ROI, and derive actionable recommendations
