You'll lead SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy) and oversee financial statements and MD&A for a fast-growing construction tech company. You'll drive process improvements and mentor a team, all while enjoying a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy)
• Oversee drafting and review of financial statements and MD&A disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support new accounting standards

📋 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Strong technical accounting research and writing skills
• Advanced Excel skills
