You'll lead footwear commercialization projects from sample to manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance. You'll solve production challenges and drive manufacturing excellence for a premium running brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple projects from confirmation sample to consumer-based ready for manufacturing
• Support factory production and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• Manage trials in Asia to ensure products meet Brooks’ expectations
• Establish process charts for production with factory partners

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in the Footwear industry
• 1+ years experience in Footwear commercialization
• Bachelor's degree in a post-secondary discipline
• Fluent English communication skills
