💼 About This Role

You'll identify and qualify potential Property Manager clients using cold calling and email outreach for a fast-growing Resident Experience Platform. This role is a stepping stone to Account Executive with clear advancement path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate leads
• Qualify leads via effective questioning and active listening
• Schedule approximately 15+ demos per month
• Build and maintain pipeline of qualified opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year proven sales or business development track record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset in a startup environment
• Salesforce & Salesloft familiarity

• B2B sales experience
• Experience with Seamless.io, Zillow, or similar research tools
