This role involves fostering innovation, managing geographically distributed teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable AI products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience hiring and developing data-centric teams
• 12+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
• Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning)
• Proven success in managing geographically distributed teams and cross-functional collaborations
• Experience in maturing machine learning prototypes into scalable software

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build high-caliber machine learning, data science, and business intelligence teams
• Lead and manage engineering teams, including mentorship and performance evaluation
• Develop strategic plans for the Data & AI department aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with US-based Data & AI team to ensure consistent technical strategy and aligned roadmaps
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of analytic and AI solutions
