You will work cross-functionally to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes for internal operations, managing project plans, requirements, and risk mitigation strategies to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of work experience in operations or health insurance
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and operating procedures
• Bonus: 2+ years with data software like Excel, SQL, Python or coding languages like Java, HTML

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects including plan creation, stakeholder engagement, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating, analyzing data and metrics, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate proactive implementation and change management strategies
• Mentor team members and promote growth and professional development
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
