As a Solutions Consultant at Braze, you will work as a technical storyteller in a pre-sales role, building knowledge of B2C engagement marketing and mobile marketing automation. You'll collaborate across teams, creatively apply Braze's product capabilities to solve customer needs, and travel up to 30% to client locations.

Requirements

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
• Domain knowledge in 2+ of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming
• At least 2 years of career work experience
• Business-level Japanese and conversational English

Responsibilities
