🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deep technical engagements with strategic enterprise customers
• Design end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies for complex environments
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable technical accelerators
• Translate recurring field challenges into reference architectures and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in forward deployed or solutions roles
• Strong programming fundamentals (ideally Ruby on Rails or Go)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments
