Description

As part of the Air Dominance and Strike Division, you will partner with Business Development, Corporate Operations, and FP&A to drive strategic reporting and planning. You will analyze sales pipeline data, translate demand into cross-functional requirements, and solve recurring operational challenges to support hyper-growth.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning cross-functional projects
• Aptitude for rapid learning in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies
• High ownership and low ego, outcome-oriented
• 4-10 years of experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, venture, finance, or consulting

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development, Corporate Operations, and FP&A to refine strategic reporting and planning
• Analyze top-line data to identify business trends and enable data-backed decision making
• Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Operations, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Technology, and Finance
• Proactively address recurring business process challenges at the intersection of Business Development, Operations, and Finance
• Execute special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure
