💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sourcing, vetting, and launch of 10 new ventures, working across industries and products. Your core impact is turning concepts into viable businesses through validation and V1 product launch. This role offers the chance to learn from Canada's top founder-operators and earn equity and carry in the fund.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Test new concepts with landing pages and market validation
• Design minimum viable brands and launch V1 products
• Collaborate with external contractors to build and ship
• Source, evaluate, and prioritize hundreds of venture ideas

📋 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience with a spike in UI/UX or frontend
• Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of building from 0 to 1
• Startup experience is a huge asset
• Low ego and ability to build hands-on or manage contractors
