- Define account-specific growth strategies and align with business objectives.
- Build long-term trusted partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers.
- Monitor CRM compliance, forecasting, and order processing.
π Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- 5+ years of direct team leadership and sales management experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
