💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for customers. Your core impact is using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales. You'll also assist with daily operations and help meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, and operations
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
