💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Richland and Lexington counties. You'll conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and educate patients and families to promote independent living. This role offers up to $1,360 weekly pay for part-time hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits for patient evaluations and therapy
• Develop individualized intervention plans for functional outcomes
• Assess home environment for hazards and equipment needs
• Document patient care using electronic medical records

📋 Requirements

• Current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license
• At least one year of recent OT work experience
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
