Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years progressive commercial experience in biotech/pharma
• Experience leading product launches
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for oncology

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee launch readiness initiatives
• Lead branding, positioning, messages, and creative imagery for product launches
• Develop and implement promotional and disease education tactics
• Manage partner agency and vendor relationships
• Build and lead Customer Marketing Team
