You will support facility maintenance requests, manage property maintenance programs, and act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and landlords. You'll also assist with invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking, and process improvements to ensure efficient facility operations across Carvana locations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in facilities or business administration
  • Strong Google Suite skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, management, and vendors
  • Willingness to work within multiple time zones
